We were so impressed with this cute place. We rushed in right before closing to get our ice cream fix. Chocolate for me MUST be rich and dark... WONDERFUL! Both the Rich Chocolate and the Rocky Road were fabulous. The girls were happy to stop their cleaning duties to show us what they have. They knew about their selections and were a big help ordering. My husband tried caramel pecan and loved it. The place makes their own ice cream and the counter help mentioned they even use locally grown almonds. Obviously freshness matters. They have other things on their menu, but I only had eyes for ice cream!

Simple array of flavors, there were some interesting weekly flavors too. But selection is small. Service was good and a nice pit stop on the way back from Yosemite.

After a day in the foothills, we stopped by the Big Dipper for milk shakes. Aj had a small chocolate. It was topped with whipped cream. It was thick. Made with chocolate ice cream.
I chose the premium extreme mocha. It was too much for me. The whipping cream was topped with small chocolate chips. The shake was creamy and smooth. It was not too thick and went down easy.
We get through Escalon about once a month and will be back. -

These where 15$, but they were so professionally made and you can tell the quality products they put in their shakes (they make there own ice cream).
I can't wait till our bucket list, 'to try new places' end fast, so I can come back to this one. -

You must go here!! We got the Extreme Mocha milkshake and it is the best I have ever had. Even the whip cream is a step up from any other shake I have had. I highly recommend coming here.
